What you will do

• Design and build a core learning curriculum covering onboarding, professional skills, and role-readiness pathways.
• Develop a structured leadership curriculum for emerging and mid-level leaders focusing on coaching, feedback, and strategic thinking.
• Create engaging learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced modalities using modern instructional design practices.
• Define and implement an AI learning and adoption strategy to help employees effectively utilize AI tools.
• Facilitate workshops and cohort programs while creating psychologically safe, high-energy learning environments.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using learner feedback, performance data, and business impact metrics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in instructional design or L&D.
• Demonstrated experience building structured curricula from the ground up.
• Strong facilitation skills for both virtual and in-person sessions.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and LMS/LXP platforms.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and practical business applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex topics.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, technology, or highly analytical environments.
• Familiarity with learning measurement frameworks like Kirkpatrick or Phillips ROI.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to accelerate content development.
