What you will do
- Act as a trusted finance sparring partner to senior stakeholders, supporting strategic and tactical decisions with challenge and insight.
- Deliver reporting and analysis for management decisions, with a focus on FTE steering, cost optimisation, and value creation.
- Advise on operational efficiency, cost modelling, allocation, financial planning, and control across Finance, KYC, Procurement, and risk-related technology services.
- Monitor cost developments and continuously refine the Rolling Forecast to stay ahead of risks and opportunities.
- Run run-rate analysis, identify efficiency opportunities, and build robust business cases for change initiatives and investment decisions.
- Provide spend-versus-plan reporting using standard dashboards and analytical tools; maintain oversight of costs and FTEs including requisition review and approval.
Requirements
- Residency: must currently live in the Netherlands, Poland, or Romania
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance Business Partnering, Business Control, or a comparable role in a complex environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills across seniority levels, with sound judgement and constructive challenge
- Strong analytical capabilities to turn data into insight and action
- University degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s)
