What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to define objectives and translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Perform data analysis to validate requirements, identify gaps, and resolve data-related issues.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions across technical and non-technical teams.
• Support the design and implementation of data products and dashboards.
• Coordinate UAT planning and execution to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Ensure data governance by documenting business glossaries, data quality rules, and data lineage.

Requirements

• Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying (Snowflake experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of agile methodology and experience with JIRA.
• Ability to analyze current and future-state processes to recommend operational improvements.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with UAT coordination and data governance practices.
