Salary: €5,931–€8,473 per month.

What you will do

• Gather, define, and document data requirements through close collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into structured data requirements for data engineering teams.
• Design robust ETL/ELT pipelines and appropriate data models in collaboration with architects.
• Act as a central data steward to implement data quality standards and governance guidelines.
• Improve data discoverability and ensure consistency across the organization.
• Advise senior management on data-related strategic initiatives and tooling solutions.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
• Degree in Econometrics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies in enterprise-level projects.
• Background in the financial or asset management industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• English proficiency is required for this multinational environment.
