What you will do

• Design and implement the internal control framework within Finance to ensure accurate financial reporting and processes.
• Evaluate and improve financial processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency through standardization.
• Monitor and report on control effectiveness, including follow-up on internal and external audit findings.
• Partner with the ERP team to implement process changes in IT systems and support Finance system optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Auditing, or Consulting.
• Experience with internal controls in Finance and interest in process design.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 and AuditBoard.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI.
