What you will do

• Perform baseline and gap analysis of BCMS documentation to propose structural improvements.
• Conduct data consolidation and analysis to ensure consistency and alignment across all documentation.
• Draft and consolidate BCMS documentation while supporting quality assurance and standardization.
• Support the seamless integration of BCMS into existing organizational processes.
• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to BCMS activities.

Requirements

• Master's degree and at least 3 years of professional IT experience.
• Mandatory certification in one of the following: ITIL 4, BCM Foundation, Business Analysis (e.g., ECBA, CCBA, CBAP), or PRINCE2/PM².
• Extensive practical experience in Business Continuity Management (BIA, BCP, RTO, RPO, CBF).
• Advanced knowledge of risk management frameworks, assessments, and mitigation methodologies.
• Proficiency in business process modelling using notations such as UML or BPMN.
• English: C1 level proficiency required.
