What you will do

• Collaborate during development to define system scope, objectives, and enhancements for complex projects.
• Identify and communicate risks, proposing mitigation strategies aligned with business and technology landscapes.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients to determine system functional specifications.
• Evaluate new IT developments and evolving requirements to recommend system enhancements.
• Perform sophisticated analyses to define problems and influence strategic functional decisions.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for senior stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in the financial industry.
• Prior experience with FX and/or Rates products is essential.
• Strong understanding of Trade Capture and Risk Management processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis with intermediate to advanced skills in Python and SQL.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities to coordinate across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
