What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the AMS Public Sector sales team with accountability to pipeline creation targets.
- Deliver a mix of tactics including in-person and virtual events, webcasts, conferences, hospitality, sales nurture emails, sales tools, and direct mail.
- Plan and execute event strategies targeting key audiences within FED and SLED.
- Design, execute, and scale integrated account-based marketing programs for strategic accounts, focusing on new logo acquisition and customer expansion.
- Act as a liaison between marketing, field sales, and BDR teams to drive alignment, momentum, and follow-through across programs and lead generation.
- Use reporting tools to analyze marketing performance and translate data into insights; collaborate with content teams and external agencies on public-sector-specific messaging and assets.
Requirements
- US work authorization required; not eligible for employer-sponsored work visas.
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology.
- Experience leading marketing efforts in the public sector.
- Strong understanding of demand generation, pipeline acceleration, campaign management, and account-based marketing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Comfortable traveling to events as necessary.
