What you will do

  • Develop and execute integrated field and channel marketing plans to support regional sales goals.
  • Manage multi-faceted event programs including seminars, webinars, and executive roundtables.
  • Collaborate with Sales VPs and Regional Directors to tailor marketing programs to market trends.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators to measure program success and pipeline impact.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget to ensure efficient and effective spending.
  • Integrate technology partner co-marketing programs into regional strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-tech, B2B, sales-facing marketing role.
  • Proven track record of generating upmarket pipeline and accelerating deal cycles.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for program execution.
  • Strong initiative and project management skills with a focus on results.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Experience with Marketo.
