Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the Dallas, Texas office for a hybrid role.

What you will do
- Own the day-to-day delivery of the US marketing plan, driving demand generation and brand visibility.
- Manage end-to-end presence at US industry conferences, including logistics, budget, and sales alignment.
- Partner with the commercial team to support account engagement, retention, and cross-sell initiatives.
- Develop and promote thought leadership content across owned channels, including LinkedIn and the company blog.
- Brief and manage external agencies and freelancers to ensure brand consistency and creative pace.
- Track and report on B2B KPIs, including MQL volume, pipeline contribution, and events ROI.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or venue/hospitality environments.
- Proven experience managing conferences and industry events end-to-end.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing, LinkedIn content, paid social, and paid search.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Hiring process
