Salary: $145,000–$195,000 Annually

What you will do
- Craft and implement execution growth strategies for the hypersonic vehicle systems portfolio.
- Manage the full opportunity lifecycle including business development, capture, and proposal efforts.
- Oversee financial performance, budgets, and master schedules for individual programs and the overall portfolio.
- Lead and mentor a team of 2-6 direct reporting Program Managers.
- Coordinate with leadership to forecast resource needs including personnel, facilities, and equipment.
- Collaborate with prime contractors and government representatives to ensure technical and contractual objectives are met.
Requirements
- Must be based onsite in Huntsville, AL
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Program Manager in a defense-related manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in project management tools, schedule management, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Ability to access US export-controlled information (ITAR) and obtain a US security clearance.
- Strong experience working within the Redstone Arsenal portfolio is highly preferred.
Nice to have
- US Military Officer experience with warfare, acquisition, or procurement background.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
