What you will do

  • Own the workforce enablement strategy for AI-driven workflow and role changes across the enterprise.
  • Design and execute adoption programs aimed at driving real behavior change rather than simple training.
  • Equip managers to lead their teams through transition, providing readiness, support, and guidance.
  • Translate redesigned AI workflows into clear role expectations, required skills, and enablement plans.
  • Build practical toolkits, learning experiences, and manager resources to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Collaborate with Talent, HR, and AI teams to ensure enablement precedes accountability shifts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in workforce transformation, people enablement, or talent-side change execution.
  • Proven track record of driving behavior change within an organization.
  • Experience working with HR and Talent systems, specifically regarding role design, skills, and performance.
  • Practical curiosity and experience with AI-enabled ways of working.
  • Must be based in the continental US.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
