What you will do

  • Own the workforce enablement strategy for AI-driven workflow and role changes.
  • Design and implement enablement programs to drive actual behavior change and adoption.
  • Equip managers with resources and support to lead teams through AI transitions.
  • Translate redesigned workflows into clear role expectations, skills, and enablement plans.
  • Develop practical toolkits and learning experiences for employees and managers.
  • Collaborate with Talent, HR, and AI teams to ensure enablement precedes accountability shifts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in workforce transformation, people enablement, or talent-side change execution.
  • Proven track record of driving behavior change beyond just delivering training or communications.
  • Experience working with HR and Talent systems (role design, learning, performance).
  • Must be based in the continental US.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Practical curiosity and experience with AI-enabled ways of working.
