Location: Must be based in Vancouver, BC, Canada (Onsite at hirify.global Point Grey Campus)

Compensation: $6,747.50 - $9,701.42 CAD Monthly

What you will do

  • Direct day-to-day administrative functions for Counselling Services and Student Health Service across multiple campus locations.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of over 20 administrative staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee annual budgets, facility maintenance, and procurement of medical and office equipment.
  • Manage the operational maintenance of electronic health record systems and ensure data security and compliance.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive policies and protocols to ensure high-quality, student-centric service delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, clinical providers, and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in operations or administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and foster a respectful, inclusive work environment.
  • Strong understanding of administrative processes, financial management, and policy development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple complex priorities.

Nice to have

  • Experience within a healthcare environment.
  • Experience working in a post-secondary institution.
  • Knowledge of provincial health legislation and billing guidelines.
  • Experience managing unionized staff (e.g., CUPE 2950).
