Compensation: $6,747.50 - $9,701.42 CAD Monthly

What you will do
- Direct day-to-day administrative functions for Counselling Services and Student Health Service across multiple campus locations.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of over 20 administrative staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Oversee annual budgets, facility maintenance, and procurement of medical and office equipment.
- Manage the operational maintenance of electronic health record systems and ensure data security and compliance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive policies and protocols to ensure high-quality, student-centric service delivery.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, clinical providers, and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in operations or administration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and foster a respectful, inclusive work environment.
- Strong understanding of administrative processes, financial management, and policy development.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple complex priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience within a healthcare environment.
- Experience working in a post-secondary institution.
- Knowledge of provincial health legislation and billing guidelines.
- Experience managing unionized staff (e.g., CUPE 2950).
