What you will do

• Build and deploy multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS) using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical campaign solutions.
• Develop dynamic templates using HTML and AmpScript to support personalized customer journeys.
• Perform rigorous quality assurance and root cause analysis to ensure error-free campaign execution.
• Manage campaign experiments and A/B testing to drive key performance metrics.
• Promote team adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud through training and documentation of best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Deep expertise in HTML, AmpScript, and digital marketing best practices.
• Proven experience launching complex, high-visibility omni-channel campaigns.
• Strong proficiency in Journey Builder, segmentation, and campaign automation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Excellent communication and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
