What you will do

• Execute product quality and reliability tests for new product introductions (NPI).
• Perform data analysis on test results and create dashboards using Power BI and Excel to highlight risks.
• Coordinate root cause investigations and track corrective actions across cross-functional teams.
• Manage and update quality procedures, test plans, and qualification documentation.
• Coordinate with local and external reliability labs for sample submission and testing.
• Collaborate with Compliance, R&D, and Manufacturing to resolve issues and improve product performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Computer, or Mechatronics).
• 2-5 years of experience in product quality, reliability engineering, or hardware development.
• Strong foundation in reliability concepts, failure mechanisms, and statistical analysis (DOE).
• Experience with NPI builds and mass-production quality support.
• Proficiency in data-analysis tools like Excel and Power BI.
• Must be based in Singapore to support local builds and audits.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI/ML-based analytics or predictive modeling tools.
• Knowledge of scripting/programming (Python, R, Linux/Windows).
