What you will do

• Lead silicon bring-up, validation, and manufacturing readiness from early stages through production.
• Develop, debug, and optimize ATE test programs and methodologies to ensure product quality.
• Drive yield analysis and root-cause resolution in collaboration with design, DFT, and manufacturing teams.
• Support production ramp and sustaining activities to ensure stable high-volume manufacturing performance.
• Provide technical leadership within projects, influencing cross-functional teams and driving complex issues to closure.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in semiconductor Product Engineering.
• Strong expertise in test methodology, silicon process fundamentals, and DFT/DFM concepts.
• Hands-on experience with high-speed digital testing, ATE test development, and manufacturing debug.
• Working experience with Advantest 93K or Smart Scale and Teradyne UFLEX testers.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
