What you will do

• Develop high-speed and high-performance Analog SerDes in advanced technology nodes (5nm, 3nm, 2nm and beyond).
• Collaborate with DSP, Analog, and Digital design teams on SerDes Architecture Development.
• Provide technical instructions and guidance to layout engineers.
• Work with Application Engineers for the characterization and validation of IP.
• Lead silicon bring-up and debugging efforts.

Requirements

• PhD in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Strong expertise in analog circuit blocks such as PLL, Data Converters, Oscillators, and high-speed SerDes blocks (CTLE, FFE, DFE, CDR, Line driver).
• Proficiency with analog design and verification tools including Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, and post-layout extraction tools.
• Knowledge of signal integrity improvement, noise reduction, and Multi-GHz low-jitter clock generation.
• Understanding of analog layout optimization and system-level pre-tape out validation.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
