What you will do

• Lead the initial phase of silicon bring-up and new product introduction in collaboration with global NPI and test teams.
• Analyze engineering sample yield and characterize product performance to meet cost and quality targets.
• Perform statistical data analysis on wafer sort and final test parameters to assess product health.
• Drive yield and test time improvement activities to support mass production release.
• Collaborate with foundry and reliability engineering teams to resolve manufacturing and test-related issues.
• Manage test sub-contractors during the early production stages.

Requirements

• B.S. in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field (M.S. preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing at 7nm technology node and below.
• Demonstrable knowledge of yield analysis, quality management tools, GR&R, Cp, and Cpk.
• Proficiency in test methodology and hands-on debugging skills.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws.

Nice to have

• Experience with Auto Test Equipment (ATE) such as Advantest 93K or UltraFlex.
• Experience with test handlers and wafer probers.
