Location: Must be willing to work at the location in West Hartford, CT. This position is hybrid, requiring office attendance a minimum of four days per week.

What you will do
- Manage and lead a team of local and national sellers to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for sponsorships, sports programming, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Oversee inventory management, pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization across all platforms.
- Partner with Research, Marketing, Traffic, and Finance teams to monetize strategic initiatives.
- Analyze audience insights and market trends to shape competitive sales strategies.
- Recruit, coach, and retain top sales talent while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in media sales or a relevant industry.
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience managing a sales team and setting strategic goals.
- Strong understanding of the digital media landscape and multi-platform campaigns.
- Ability to work on-site in West Hartford, CT, at least four days per week.

- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
