What you will do

• Deliver and exceed sales revenue targets specifically within the Toy category.
• Lead the go-to-market strategy and narrative to position Moonbug as a primary partner for toy manufacturers.
• Build and manage a strategic account list focused on C-level and senior marketing relationships.
• Develop category-specific sales strategies to identify growth opportunities and build a sustainable pipeline.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with client success, ad ops, data, and creative teams to ensure campaign success.
• Monitor toy industry trends, retail calendars, and licensing cycles to inform sales approach.

Requirements

• 7+ years in digital advertising, media sales, or strategic partnerships.
• Significant experience owning or leading the Toy category.
• Proven track record of driving revenue through direct engagement with senior-level clients.
• Deep understanding of the digital media landscape, including YouTube ecosystems and branded content.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in and work on-site from the New York office.
