What you will do
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes from initial kick-off meetings to extending offers.
- Maintain high quality-of-hire standards aligned with business needs and DEI commitments.
- Drive a world-class, transparent, and human-centric candidate experience.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to assess and fulfill specific hiring goals.
- Lead special projects related to AI, Employer Branding, and recruitment metrics.
- Leverage ATS and AI sourcing tools to streamline workflows and reduce friction.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle tech recruiting within fast-paced international tech companies.
- High English proficiency (written and spoken) for daily collaboration with global stakeholders.
- Experience navigating ATS environments (SmartRecruiters is a significant plus).
- High level of ownership and agility to thrive in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
- Must be located in Buenos Aires to support the hybrid working model.

- Experience representing the company brand at job fairs, university events, and tech community meetups.
- Proven track record of collaborating on strategic projects within the People team.
