TL;DR

Manager, Center of Excellence (Ad Sales): Developing and delivering training programs and tools usage analytics for Ad Sales systems with an accent on change management and platform adoption. Focus on translating complex systems into intuitive solutions, managing vendor relationships, and driving efficiency across a matrixed organization.

Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid: 4 days/week in-office required)

Salary: $95,000 - $105,000

What you will do

  • Design and deliver scalable training programs for systems like Salesforce, Highspot, and SharePoint.
  • Lead the development of modern learning experiences, including interactive content and instructional guides.
  • Provide white-glove support during major system migrations and workflow updates.
  • Evaluate and manage third-party sales tools, including vendor contracts and investment decisions.
  • Establish success measures and ROI for platform effectiveness to refine adoption strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and communicate complex concepts to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in media, advertising, tech, or consulting.
  • Proven experience in training, enablement, change management, or process transformation.
  • Experience supporting or leading CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Experience developing scalable learning solutions such as eLearning or LMS.
  • Must be able to work from the New York office at least four days per week.
