TL;DR

Senior Manager, Sales & Business Development (IoT): Developing and executing the sales and business development strategy for hirify.global IoT in the U.S. with an accent on acquiring new enterprise customers and building strategic partnerships. Focus on designing go-to-market strategies, leading complex sales cycles, and managing C-level relationships with multinational enterprises.

Location: Remote (Must be based on the US East Coast)

Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per year

What you will do

  • Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for IoT products and services in the U.S.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level decision-makers at multinational enterprises.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to closure.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Marketing, Delivery, and Finance teams to ensure customer-centric solutions.
  • Support the channel partner program, including referral, reseller, and integrator agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, data privacy, and security requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in the U.S. market and IoT industry.
  • Proven track record in selling technology or IoT solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Experience building partner ecosystems and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Expertise in developing G2M strategies and business development.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Must be based in the USA (East Coast).
