Salary: $140,000–$175,000

What you will do
- Lead technical accounting consultations with Sales and Legal teams during deal negotiations.
- Interpret complex contracts to determine appropriate revenue treatment under ASC 606.
- Research, document, and present technical accounting conclusions and internal memos.
- Partner with Corporate Accounting to ensure technical conclusions are reflected in financial reporting.
- Update and maintain corporate revenue recognition policies based on GAAP and SEC guidance.
- Deliver training to cross-functional teams on technical accounting topics.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting required.
- 8+ years of accounting experience with a focus on revenue recognition and technical accounting for public companies.
- Big 4 accounting firm experience.
- Deep knowledge of ASC 606 and technical accounting research.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial analysis.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
