What you will do

• Lead technical accounting consultations with Sales and Legal teams during deal negotiations.
• Interpret complex contracts to determine appropriate revenue treatment under ASC 606.
• Research, document, and present technical accounting conclusions and internal memos.
• Partner with Corporate Accounting to ensure technical conclusions are reflected in financial reporting.
• Update and maintain corporate revenue recognition policies based on GAAP and SEC guidance.
• Deliver training to cross-functional teams on technical accounting topics.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting required.
• 8+ years of accounting experience with a focus on revenue recognition and technical accounting for public companies.
• Big 4 accounting firm experience.
• Deep knowledge of ASC 606 and technical accounting research.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial analysis.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
