What you will do

• Maintain and operationalize revenue accounting policies in compliance with ASC 606 and US GAAP.
• Evaluate new products and complex contract structures to provide clear operational guidance.
• Coordinate with external auditors for quarterly reviews and year-end audits.
• Partner with Deal Desk, Sales, and Finance to assess revenue implications of complex transactions.
• Review technical accounting analysis and revenue calculations prepared by team members.
• Implement AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and scalability in revenue processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant accounting experience in SaaS/technology.
• CPA required.
• Deep technical understanding of ASC 606 and revenue memo writing.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to communicate technical information to cross-functional teams.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced, remote-only environment.

Nice to have

• Prior Big 4 experience (3+ years).
• Experience with Salesforce, Zuora/RevPro, and Workday.
• Demonstrated experience with SOX controls and audit processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data tools like SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
