Salary: $100,000-110,000 OTE

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with ongoing guidance, feedback, and coaching.
- Implement sales development strategies and processes to improve lead qualification, conversion rates, and team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align goals and ensure seamless lead handoff.
- Analyze sales development performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders across the Americas.
- Conduct regular coaching and training sessions to enhance SDR skills and productivity.
- Act as a liaison between the SDR team and other departments to maintain clear communication and alignment.
Requirements
- Based in Chelmsford, MA (in-office role) with flexibility to work remotely one day
- Strong sales acumen: identify and qualify leads, handle objections, and close deals.
- Proven ability to coach and develop team members.
- High emotional intelligence (self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, motivation) and strong communication skills.
- 5+ years of sales/marketing experience in a B2B environment.
- Experience leading a team (must have)
Nice to have
- Experience leading an SDR/BDR team.
- Knowledge of sales development platforms such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
