What you will do

• Engineer, design, and validate custom tooling, test fixtures, and jigs for high-volume production.
• Translate mechanical and process requirements into CAD models, detailed drawings, and documentation.
• Participate in design reviews and provide DFM/DFT feedback for new products.
• Collaborate with Hardware Engineering, Platform Design, Reliability Engineering, and CM partners.
• Specify manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, injection molding, and sheet metal.
• Perform tolerance stackup analysis for complex mechanical assemblies.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical NPI or Design Engineer.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience scaling and implementing liquid cooling thermal solutions.
• Proven working knowledge of PLM and ECO/MCO/DEV/PCN processes.
• Ability to debug electromechanical systems and perform root cause analysis.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
