What you will do

• Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions using modern learning methods.
• Facilitate hands-on training for manufacturing teams with a focus on safety and quality.
• Plan and manage training programs, including scheduling and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to curate and develop relevant technical training content.
• Maintain and update training materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support continuous improvement of training programs and organizational initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in adult education, human resources, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience as a trainer, educator, or learning facilitator.
• Experience delivering training to adult learners in professional environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting training in a technical or engineering environment.
• Familiarity with digital learning tools and learning management systems (LMS).
