Salary: $58,100 – $65,000

What you will do

• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and patterns in data to formulate actionable client insights.
• Perform quality assessments on large datasets to identify and resolve potential errors.
• Create professional deliverables using Excel, PowerPoint, and proprietary software solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to solve pressing business questions.
• Manage project tasks, including data collection, organization, and tracking.
• Provide error-free, on-time results to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Nashville, TN area.
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in a professional services organization and applied analytics.
• Strong logic, deductive reasoning, and critical thinking skills.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).

Nice to have

• 1-2 years of experience in retail or CPG industries.
