Program Analyst (Power BI)

What you will do

• Manage Power BI reporting and data integrations between internal systems and client platforms.
• Build, monitor, and maintain internal and client-facing Power BI dashboards.
• Build and maintain automated data pipelines using integration tools such as SnapLogic.
• Analyze source and target data structures, mapping requirements, transformation logic, and data quality risks.
• Partner with operations, IT, and data teams to troubleshoot integration issues and improve reliability.
• Support recurring and ad hoc data loads, validation checks, audit requests, and program reporting deliverables.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Power BI, data integrations, operations analytics, systems support, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or data integration platforms; SnapLogic experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing automated system-to-system data transfers and structured datasets from multiple source systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data validation techniques.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or immigration-status support.
