What you will do

• Partner with Customer Success teams to support strategic enterprise engagements.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex Salesforce environments and development processes.
• Recommend architecture, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices to improve delivery performance.
• Guide customers through release management, source control, and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and drive product innovation.
• Support pre-sales activities through technical discussions and solution design.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Czech Republic and eligible to work in CZ.
• 5–8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and deployment best practices.
• Proficiency with Git and modern software development lifecycle practices.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Background in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or insurance.
