Location: Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia (Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office required).

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, guiding their technical growth and delivery priorities.
- Own and govern Salesforce development standards, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and well-tested solutions.
- Act as the technical lead on CRM projects, translating business requirements into robust technical designs.
- Manage complex integrations and data flows across finance, revenue, and external systems.
- Drive the technical roadmap and improve best practices for Apex, Lightning Web Components, and CI/CD workflows.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact CRM solutions.
Requirements
- Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia.
- At least 6 years of software development experience, with 3+ years focused on Salesforce CRM.
- Proven experience leading, mentoring, or managing developers.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and platform architecture.
- Experience with Git-based version control, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- English proficiency required for all applications and communication.
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, JavaScript Developer, App Builder, or Architect track).
- Familiarity with GitHub, Linear, or Cursor AI.
