What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, guiding their technical growth and delivery priorities.
• Own and govern Salesforce development standards, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and well-tested solutions.
• Act as the technical lead on CRM projects, translating business requirements into robust technical designs.
• Manage complex integrations and data flows across finance, revenue, and external systems.
• Drive the technical roadmap and improve best practices for Apex, Lightning Web Components, and CI/CD workflows.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact CRM solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia.
• At least 6 years of software development experience, with 3+ years focused on Salesforce CRM.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, or managing developers.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and platform architecture.
• Experience with Git-based version control, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• English proficiency required for all applications and communication.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, JavaScript Developer, App Builder, or Architect track).
• Familiarity with GitHub, Linear, or Cursor AI.
