Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid: 4 days per week in office).
Salary: $120,000–$129,000 per year.

What you will do
- Serve as the central point of contact for day-to-day client activity and relationship management.
- Act as primary sales contact for tier-two retirement partners to strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Partner cross-functionally with legal, compliance, trading, and product teams to advocate for client needs.
- Execute core service responsibilities including inquiry response, issue resolution, and third-party requests.
- Prepare and deliver reporting materials for due diligence and contract renewals.
- Drive client engagement initiatives and strategic projects to enhance the overall client experience.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of asset management experience in relationship management or client servicing.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver solutions aligned with firm capabilities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong accountability, analytical thinking, and ability to operate in a highly regulated environment.
Nice to have
- CIMA, CFA, or CFP certification.
