What you will do

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to expand the company's client base and generate revenue.
• Identify and qualify leads within the target market to drive profitable growth.
• Lead the sales process, including creating presentations, writing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
• Attend key industry conferences and trade shows to increase visibility and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies based on market research and competitor analysis.
• Document all sales activities, opportunities, and proposals in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Netherlands.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales or recruiting experience within the life sciences field.
• Proven experience selling services within Compliance & Quality Assurance.
• Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a high-growth, midsize business environment.
