What you will do
- Manage your assigned territory to meet or exceed commercial sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with endocrinologists, diabetes educators, and Key Opinion Leaders.
- Provide clinical training and education on insulin pump therapy to patients, physicians, and clinical staff.
- Identify new business opportunities and execute strategies to differentiate Tandem technology.
- Collaborate with internal Sales, Medical Affairs, and Customer Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all territory activities in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and English is mandatory.
- Must be based in and eligible to work in the Netherlands.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device sales, diabetes care, or a related clinical field.
- Strong understanding of Type 1 diabetes management, insulin pumps, and CGM systems.
- Ability to travel up to 80% within the Netherlands and occasionally to the U.S. or Switzerland.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Teams.
Nice to have
- Background in nursing, dietetics, or equivalent paramedical field.
- Direct experience working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
