What you will do
- Shape market entry into the Netherlands (Greenfield) by building a pipeline and customer base.
- Own the full B2B sales cycle from outreach to signed contract in regulated industries such as banking, insurance, and pharma.
- Identify business opportunities and develop tailored solutions for compliance, legal, and risk decision-makers.
- Build and activate a local partner ecosystem with law firms, Big 4 compliance practices, and specialist consultancies.
- Manage and strategically develop existing client relationships across the full customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal Delivery, AI Engineering, and Product teams to ensure successful implementations.
Requirements
- Dutch: C2 level required
- English: C1 level minimum required
- Several years of B2B sales or business development experience in a SaaS or tech environment (hard requirement).
- Proven track record of hunting and closing new accounts.
- Degree in Business Administration, STEM, or comparable qualification.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and digital transformation in regulated industries.
Nice to have
- Existing network in Dutch financial services, compliance, or regulated industry communities.
- Experience building a new market or launching a product in a Greenfield environment.
- Experience in RegTech, LegalTech, GovTech, or financial services compliance.
- Proficiency in German.
