• Must be based in Florida with an active Florida NP license.
• Must hold active NP and RN compact licenses in at least 3 additional states (5+ licenses preferred).
• Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC).
• Minimum 3+ years of post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care.
• Active Medicare status and good standing with federal health programs.
