Salary: Starting from 26,750 PLN.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, setting high standards for code quality and delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing visibility on project progress and technical risks.
• Partner with product managers to prioritize business enhancements and technical improvements.
• Manage and support critical real-time trading applications, including participation in an on-call rota.
• Champion engineering best practices and proactively manage technical debt.
• Provide objective metrics on system availability and project performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Kraków, Poland.
• Strong hands-on engineering experience with Java.
• Proven track record of team leadership and delivery in a professional environment.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to articulate technical priorities and risks to non-technical stakeholders.
• Interest in gaining deep domain knowledge of trading products like CFDs, FX, and Options.
