Marketing Automation Strategist (Fintech): Designing and optimizing automated lifecycle communications and retention strategies for a multi-asset broker with an accent on data-driven personalization and customer LTV. Focus on building multi-channel omni-channel campaigns, dynamic segmentation, and scaling CRM infrastructure.

Location: Larnaca, Cyprus (Hybrid). Applicants must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in Cyprus.

What you will do

  • Develop data-driven campaign strategies and automated workflows to support business growth.
  • Create multi-stage, omni-channel campaigns for conversion, retention, and onboarding tailored to specific markets.
  • Implement dynamic segmentation and conditional logic for hyper-personalized communication.
  • Configure and maintain marketing automation platforms including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
  • Analyze campaign performance and conduct A/B testing to improve ROI and client experience.
  • Collaborate with Content, Design, and Analytics teams to align messaging and strategic goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of CRM marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a strategic role.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Forex industry with deep knowledge of client behavior and regulation.
  • Legal authorization to work in Cyprus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM automation platforms and BI tools.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal).

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
