What you will do

• Build and deliver the Group’s partnerships strategy, elevating existing relationships and identifying new innovative opportunities.
• Develop high-impact partnerships across sponsorship, media, data, and technology sectors.
• Manage the full lifecycle of partnership opportunities from concept through to activation and performance measurement.
• Influence senior stakeholders across the Group and act as a trusted partner to external organizations.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team within the Brand, Marketing & Experience (BMX) function.

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven experience in brand partnerships or sponsorship within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Extensive experience developing and delivering partnership strategies from concept to measurement.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to influence senior leaders.
• Commercial and analytical capability to use data and insights for performance optimization.
• 5+ years of experience managing agencies and third-party partners, including budget and governance oversight.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from London, Bristol, or Leeds (Hybrid).

• Existing professional network within the brand partnerships or sponsorship landscape.
• Experience working with media, data, or technology-led partnerships.
• Background in executing large-scale brand activation campaigns.
• Previous experience in financial services.
