Principal, Lifecycle Automations & Incentives (Marketing): Building and scaling an automated, hyper-personalized lifecycle growth engine with an accent on consumer psychology, data-driven automation, and financial engineering. Location: Hybrid in Washington DC or New York City (In-office attendance required Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)
Salary: $169,000 – $201,000 + equity

What you will do
- Architect and optimize automated lifecycle funnels across onboarding, habituation, reactivation, and referral loops.
- Lead Multi-Vertical (MV) crossover strategies to transition users from fuel to grocery and restaurant categories.
- Engineer a coordinated incentive ecosystem to guide consumers toward long-term habituation.
- Collaborate with Data Science to isolate true incrementality and eliminate inefficient promotional subsidization.
- Serve as a bridge between consumer strategy and engineering to scope technical data requirements for Martech projects.
- Support the deployment and optimization of internal AI-driven lifecycle agents to accelerate production.
Requirements
- Must be based in Washington DC or New York City for a hybrid work arrangement.
- 8+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing and CRM within mobile-first B2C or marketplace industries.
- Hands-on expertise in architecting solutions within Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in SQL and a deep understanding of data architecture, pipelines, and API connectivity.
- Experience optimizing mobile-native channels including push notifications, in-app messaging, and content cards.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
