TL;DR
IT Associate: Providing technical assistance and fulfilling service desk requests for employees, including account and hardware provisioning/de-provisioning. Focus on supporting macOS and iOS hardware, troubleshooting network connectivity, and maintaining IT asset inventory.
Location: This position will require being in the office up to 5 days per week (with occasional travel to other office locations).
Salary: $71,000 and $79,000/year

What you will do
- Provide IT technical support to employees in-person and remotely.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, supporting our Mac endpoint deployment.
- Provide In-office AV support managing conference room equipment and supporting live events.
- Support account provisioning and de-provisioning via Okta and Google Workspace.
- Manage our deployed computers and mobile devices via JAMF and Google MDM.
- Manage the procurement of IT hardware and software.
Requirements
- Ability to multitask, prioritize issues based on severity, and work independently.
- Ability to communicate clearly with users directly via email, chat, and video conferencing.
- Ability to troubleshoot and administer Apple computers and mobile devices.
- Basic understanding of wired and wireless networks.
- 1-3 years of experience providing technical support.
