Account Based Marketing Manager - Growth Marketing (ABM): Drive growth across priority Financials and Traders accounts by delivering insight-led, highly targeted 1:1 and 1:few ABM marketing programmes with an accent on pipeline creation, ARR expansion, and executive engagement. Focus on designing multi-channel personalized campaigns, orchestrating martech execution, and optimizing targeting and messaging using account intelligence to improve deal acceleration and renewal outcomes.
Location: New York Office (US-NY-New York)
Salary: $100,000- $120,000 (base pay only)

What you will do
- Develop and execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM strategies for a portfolio of 15-25 priority Financials and Trading accounts.
- Translate account plans and commercial objectives into targeted marketing programmes aligned to revenue growth and expansion goals.
- Partner with Sales to create and progress pipeline, accelerate deals, and support customer ARR expansion within named ABM accounts.
- Design and deliver multi-channel, highly personalized campaigns across digital, content, and event-led activations using the martech stack.
- Use account intelligence and performance data to refine targeting, messaging, and tactics; track engagement across buying groups.
- Manage campaign budgets and report success metrics tied to pipeline influenced, buying group engagement, deal acceleration, renewal rates, and ARR delivered.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering B2B Account-Based Marketing programmes, including strategy development and end-to-end execution.
- Strong track record aligning with Sales to influence pipeline and ARR outcomes.
- Experience targeting senior stakeholders in Financial Services, Investment Firms, or Commodity Trading organisations.
- Confident using martech platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, and ABM tools (e.g., 6sense).
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in matrixed, global organisations.
