Location: Must be based in Houston, Texas. This is an onsite role requiring up to 50% regional travel.

What you will do

  • Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing team of enterprise sellers.
  • Drive sales culture through the execution of a structured sales playbook and rigorous funnel management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and share best practices.
  • Manage and forecast sales activity, conducting weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Build and sustain strategic relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of product solutions to ensure accurate expectation setting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience selling technical products.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record as a top performer in quota-carrying sales roles.
  • Ability to communicate value to C-level executives in Fortune 1000 accounts.
  • Training in solution, customer-centric, or challenger selling methodologies.
  • Must be able to travel regionally up to 50% of the time.
