What you will do
- Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing team of enterprise sellers.
- Drive sales culture through the execution of a structured sales playbook and rigorous funnel management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and share best practices.
- Manage and forecast sales activity, conducting weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
- Build and sustain strategic relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
- Maintain expert knowledge of product solutions to ensure accurate expectation setting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience selling technical products.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record as a top performer in quota-carrying sales roles.
- Ability to communicate value to C-level executives in Fortune 1000 accounts.
- Training in solution, customer-centric, or challenger selling methodologies.
- Must be able to travel regionally up to 50% of the time.
