Salary: $225,000.00–$325,000.00 annually

What you will do

• Develop and implement division-wide program management strategy, including functional objectives, reporting structures, baselines, and best-practice frameworks.
• Lead and build program management capability across multiple Space Business Units, including direct leadership of PM personnel and mentoring senior leadership.
• Create dashboards, performance metrics, and management tools to monitor program effectiveness.
• Strengthen execution rigor by reviewing underperforming programs, overseeing mitigation and recovery execution, and ensuring cost/schedule/margin targets are met.
• Partner across Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Business Unit leadership to protect margin, customer confidence, and corporate credibility.
• Unify PM governance, communication, and process consistency across the Space Division through cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of program management experience with demonstrated leadership capability.
• Proven ability to develop functional strategies, establish best practices, and implement large-scale processes.
• Experience leading in a matrixed organization with strong collaboration and influence skills.
• PMP certification and demonstrated competency with industry standards for government and commercial contract types.
• Demonstrated success managing customers at the executive level.
• Prior experience in Aerospace & Defense or other highly regulated industries preferred.
