Location: Must be based in Windsor, CT (One Orange Way)
Salary: $170,000 - $185,000

What you will do
- Lead the execution of Wealth Management business initiatives and maintain product delivery roadmaps.
- Manage portfolio-level risks, dependencies, and financials while driving transparency and resolution.
- Direct the deployment and enhancement of the Wealthpath platform in collaboration with technology and business stakeholders.
- Partner with senior leadership to align projects with organizational KPIs and growth objectives.
- Coordinate portfolio-level business case governance and annual financial planning with Finance and Technology leads.
- Coach and mentor program and project managers to build bench strength and leadership capabilities.
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of experience in portfolio/program/project management within wealth management or financial services.
- Expertise in hybrid delivery models (Agile/Scaled Agile + Waterfall).
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience with portfolio management tooling such as Planview, Azure Devops, and Power BI.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe are highly preferred.
