TL;DR
Product Manager (Legal Management): Building and launching legal management product capabilities with an accent on product vision, customer-driven roadmaps, and go-to-market execution. Location: Toronto or Denver (hybrid; on-site at least three days per week)
Salary: $100,000–$125,000 (Colorado). Ontario applicants: $105,000–$140,000 CAD

What you will do
- Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with company goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product development and launches.
- Act as the voice of the customer by gathering insights, validating product concepts, and maintaining client relationships.
- Own go-to-market planning, including market research, pricing strategy, sales enablement, and product performance monitoring.
- Use market and customer data to drive revenue growth and manage the product budget to maximize ROI.
- Provide executive-level updates and align product initiatives with organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Toronto or Denver and be able to work on-site at least three days per week.
- 2+ years of experience in product management.
- Proven track record of bringing products to market and/or driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrable familiarity with generative AI / Large Language Model technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and lead others.
Nice to have
- Experience in the legal technology market or a related industry.
- MBA or advanced degree.
