What you will do

• Lead the integrated product plan and transform epics into INVEST-compliant features and user stories in Azure DevOps.
• Specify requirements for autonomous agentic AI workflows, including tool selection, action sequencing, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Execute rapid build-measure-learn loops and validation experiments to test hypotheses on user trust and autonomous behaviors.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and GTM leads to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with launch requirements.
• Define and track agent-specific SLOs such as task completion rate, decision accuracy, and intervention frequency.
• Coordinate prompts, model change control, and safety guardrails for predictable production outcomes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Coppell, TX
• 5-7+ years of software product management experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Lead PM practicing Agile/Scrum.
• 2+ years of experience shipping Generative AI or agentic features in production.
• Expertise in Azure DevOps Boards and deep understanding of LLM-based planning and tool/function calling.
• Working knowledge of Azure OpenAI Service and the Microsoft 365/Copilot ecosystem.

Nice to have

• Domain experience in tax, accounting, or professional services software.
• CSPO/PSPO or SAFe POPM certification.
• Azure AI-900 or AI-102 certification.
• Experience with agent frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience in startup environments or innovation labs.
