What you will do
- Own customer and market insight for assigned legal practice area(s) and translate trends into product and GTM recommendations.
- Drive product direction and execution from discovery through ongoing optimization, serving as the product authority on legal workflows and use cases.
- Lead practice-area GTM execution: workflow and use-case definition, value proposition and positioning inputs, and launch readiness.
- Partner with Editorial and the Lead Product Manager to align product direction with content strategy and ensure customer-driven roadmap prioritization.
- Monitor performance indicators (adoption, retention, feedback, revenue/pipeline signals) and recommend improvements to positioning, packaging, messaging, and portfolio decisions.
- Support Sales on complex opportunities, including deal support and participation in customer briefings, webinars, and industry events.
Requirements
- JD or equivalent legal background strongly preferred; meaningful legal industry experience considered.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, legal publishing, legal research, or professional information services.
- Strong ability to work credibly with attorneys, legal departments, and legal associations.
- Demonstrated customer-facing and GTM experience.
- Proven skill translating legal complexity into product and customer value.
